The invention relates to a UWB-based tunnel construction vehicle scheduling method. The method comprises the following steps: installing UWB positioning equipment, a speed sensor, a displacement sensor and a weight sensor on a construction vehicle; a plurality of UWB positioning base stations are arranged in the tunnel, and receivers of a speed sensor, a displacement sensor and a weight sensor are arranged on the positioning base stations; uWB positioning information is converted into GPS position information, a target scheduling function is established according to the GPS information, the obtained speed, distance and load data of a vehicle and a construction task, the target scheduling function is solved through an intelligent scheduling algorithm to obtain an optimal solution, and an optimal driving instruction is generated according to the optimal solution; and the driving instruction is sent to a display device, the vehicle is scheduled in real time according to the driving instruction, the driving path and the stay time of the vehicle are optimized, and the construction vehicle is scheduled. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the construction efficiency is improved, the safety is enhanced, manual intervention is reduced, and resource utilization is optimized.
本发明涉及一种基于UWB的隧道施工车辆调度方法,包括以下步骤:在施工车辆上安装UWB定位设备、速度传感器、位移传感器和重量传感器;在隧道内布置多个UWB定位基站,并在定位基站上设置速度传感器、位移传感器和重量传感器的接收器;将UWB定位信息转化成GPS位置信息,根据所述GPS信息和获取的车辆的速度、距离和载重数据,根据施工任务,建立目标调度函数,通过智能调度算法求解所述目标调度函数,得到最优解,根据所述最优解生成最优的行驶指令;将所述行驶指令发送至显示设备,根据所述行驶指令,对车辆进行实时调度,优化车辆的行驶路径和停留时间,实现施工车辆的调度。与现有技术相比,本发明具有提高施工效率、增强安全性、减少人工干预和优化资源利用等优点。
