The invention relates to a ship body operation big data supervision system, and the system comprises a timing snapshot device which carries out the high-angle shooting operation of a traffic environment of a set water area at a set time interval; and the content confirmation device is used for sending a high-resolution snapshot request to the timing snapshot device to confirm whether the ship body drives into the set water area or not when receiving the violent water wave change signal, and otherwise, sending a resolution-keeping snapshot request. According to the invention, each water body pixel point in the artifact removal image corresponding to the received field optimization image is identified based on the water body imaging features, each imaging depth-of-field value corresponding to each water body pixel point is determined, and when the mean square error of each imaging depth-of-field value exceeds the set mean square error threshold value, the water body pixel points in the field optimization image are removed. And a signal of violent water wave change is sent out, and a high-resolution snapshot request is sent to the timing snapshot device to confirm whether a ship body drives into a set water area, so that the energy consumption and the monitoring efficiency of the monitoring system are considered.

    本发明涉及一种船体运行大数据监管系统,包括:定时抓拍器件,每隔设定时长执行对设定水域的交通环境的俯拍操作;内容确认器件,在接收到水纹变化剧烈信号时,向定时抓拍器件发送高解析度抓拍请求以进行是否存在船体驶入设定水域的确认,否则,发送保持解析度抓拍请求。通过本发明,通过基于水体成像特征识别接收到的现场优化图像对应的伪影去除图像中的各个水体像素点,确定所述各个水体像素点分别对应的各个成像景深数值,在所述各个成像景深数值的均方差超过设定均方差阈值时,发出水纹变化剧烈信号,并向定时抓拍器件发送高解析度抓拍请求以进行是否存在船体驶入设定水域的确认,从而兼顾监控系统能耗以及监控效率。
