The invention relates to a shifting left-turn roundabout passing method based on a straight waiting area. The shifting left-turn roundabout passing method comprises the following steps of 1, collecting and analyzing road geometric condition data and traffic operation data of a current roundabout; 2, determining traffic channelization and traffic organization modes of the roundabout; thirdly, traffic signal lamps of the roundabout and the entrance road section are arranged; 4, determining a signal phase scheme of the roundabout, and giving an operation sequence of each traffic flow of the roundabout; and 5, performing signal timing setting of the roundabout, and realizing shift left-turn roundabout passing based on the straight waiting area. Through traffic organization channelization of the shift left turn roundabout and arrangement of a timing scheme, the utilization rate of time and space is improved. Through the arrangement of the straight-going waiting area, the straight-going tail clearing loss time is shortened, the reconstruction and expansion project amount is small, and the operation efficiency and the space occupancy rate of the roundabout are improved.
本发明涉及一种基于直行等待区的移位左转环形交叉口通行方法,包括如下步骤:第一步、收集分析当前环形交叉口的道路几何条件数据及交通运行数据;第二步、确定环形交叉口的交通渠化及交通组织方式;第三步、设置环形交叉口及进口路段的交通信号灯;第四步、确定环形交叉口信号相位方案,给出环形交叉口各交通流的运行顺序;第五步、进行环形交叉口信号配时设置,实现基于直行等待区的移位左转环形交叉口通行。本发明通过移位左转环形交叉口的交通组织渠化及配时方案的设置,提高了对时间和空间的利用率。通过直行等待区的设置,减少了直行清尾损失时间,改扩建工程量小,提高了环形交叉口的运行效率以及空间占有率。
