The invention discloses a non-signalized intersection vehicle cooperation method and system based on a graph theory and tree search, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the graphic modeling of a current vehicle at a non-signalized intersection based on a graph theory method, and obtaining a current vehicle information topological graph; analyzing the current vehicle information topological graph based on a graphic analysis method to obtain a current vehicle passing sequence of the current vehicle; performing potential level evaluation on the current vehicle passing sequence based on a pruning strategy of tree search to obtain a candidate vehicle passing sequence conforming to a target potential level; and updating the candidate vehicle passing sequence in combination with a graphic analysis method and a pruning strategy, and taking the updated candidate vehicle passing sequence as a target vehicle passing sequence of the current vehicle, so that the current vehicle runs according to the target vehicle passing sequence. The method can reduce the vehicle congestion and conflict at the non-signalized intersection, improves the management safety and traffic efficiency of the non-signalized intersection, and can be widely applied to the technical field of intelligent traffic.
