The invention relates to the technical field of water pump control, in particular to a control method and device of a water pump integration module, a heat management controller and a system. The method comprises the following steps: determining target water pumps needing to operate in a water pump integration module and a first rotating speed range of each target water pump meeting the thermal management requirement of the whole vehicle according to the thermal management requirement of the whole vehicle; second rotating speed ranges of all the target water pumps are determined within the first rotating speed range according to the frequency avoiding requirements of all the target water pumps, and the second rotating speed ranges of all the target water pumps do not coincide with one another; according to pre-measured and/or real-time measured in-vehicle vibration noise data of each target water pump at different rotating speeds, determining a corresponding target rotating speed of each target water pump when the vibration noise data meets a preset requirement in the second rotating speed range; and controlling each target water pump according to the target rotating speed. The thermal management function requirement of the whole vehicle and the NVH performance of the whole vehicle are considered at the same time, and the optimal effect of vibration noise in the vehicle can be achieved.
本发明涉及水泵控制技术领域,具体涉及一种水泵集成模块的控制方法、装置、热管理控制器及系统。该方法包括根据整车热管理需求,确定水泵集成模块中需要运行的目标水泵以及各目标水泵满足所述整车热管理需求的第一转速范围;根据各目标水泵之间的避频需求,在所述第一转速范围内确定各目标水泵的第二转速范围,且各目标水泵的所述第二转速范围互不重合;根据预先测得和/或实时测得的各目标水泵在不同转速下的车内振动噪声数据,在所述第二转速范围内确定振动噪声数据满足预设要求时对应的各目标水泵的目标转速;根据目标转速对各目标水泵进行控制。本发明同时兼顾整车热管理功能需求和整车NVH性能,能够达到车内振动噪声的最优效果。
