The other end of the two-end rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the second wire spool and used for driving the second wire spool to take up and pay off. The high-voltage driving motor drives the rotating shafts at the two ends of the speed reducer to rotate so as to drive the first wire spool and the second wire spool to rotate, and the synchronous and stable lifting effect is achieved by increasing or reducing the number of winding turns.
