The invention discloses a ball mill bull gear mounting method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mounting a ball mill barrel in place and leveling; (2) two lifting points are arranged on the first half gear, the first lifting point is arranged at a first hole in the end of the half gear, the second lifting point is arranged at a hole in the middle of the half gear, and a steel wire rope is connected between the two lifting points; (3) after the first half gear is lifted, the first half gear slowly gets close to the barrel on the side face of the barrel and is connected with the barrel through a bolt, and at the moment, the crane is still kept in the lifting state; (4) the crane slowly loosens the steel wire rope, the first half gear drives the barrel to rotate together through the gravity of the first half gear, and slow and stable descending is conducted till the first half gear is completely located below the barrel; and (5) a second half gear is installed, specifically, the lifting point of the second half gear is arranged in the middle of the half gear, punctual lifting is adopted, and the second half gear is lifted to the position over the barrel through the crane to be in butt joint with the first half gear and is connected with a barrel flange.

    本发明公开了一种球磨机大齿轮安装方法。其包括如下步骤:(1)球磨机筒体安装到位并找平;(2)在第一片半齿轮上设置两个吊点,第一个吊点设置在半齿轮的端部的第一个孔处,第二个吊点设置在半齿轮的中间位置的孔处,两个吊点之间连接钢丝绳;(3)第一片半齿轮起吊后在筒体侧面缓慢靠近筒体,并将其通过螺栓与筒体法连接,此时吊车仍保持在吊装状态;(4)吊车缓慢松钢丝绳,第一片半齿轮通过其自身重力带动筒体一起旋转,进行缓慢平稳下放,直至第一片半齿轮完全在筒体下方;(5)安装第二片半齿轮:第二片半齿轮的吊点设置在半齿轮的中间位置,采用正点吊装,通过吊车将第二片半齿轮吊装至筒体正上方与第一片半齿轮进行对接,并与筒体法兰连接。
