The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a lifting device for building construction and a using method thereof.The lifting device comprises a support frame, an adjusting mechanism fixedly arranged at the top of the support frame, a lifting mechanism slidably arranged at the upper end of the adjusting mechanism and a hanging mechanism fixedly arranged at the bottom of the lifting mechanism; the hanging mechanism comprises a rotating assembly, a steel hook fixedly connected to the bottom end face of the rotating assembly, a bearing assembly installed at the bottom of an inner cavity of the steel hook in a matched mode, and a transmission assembly fixedly arranged on one side of the outer surface of the bearing assembly. The lifting rope can be fixed through the driving piece and the clamping piece by utilizing the self weight in the material lifting process, the phenomenon that the lifting rope is separated from the steel hook due to material swinging is avoided, and construction safety is guaranteed; and meanwhile, by means of the transmission assembly, the rotating assembly can be locked in the lifting process, the phenomenon that the materials rotate in the lifting process is avoided, and the stability of material lifting is further improved.
本发明涉及建筑施工的技术领域,公开了一种建筑施工用起重装置及其使用方法,包括支座架、固定设置在所述支座架顶部的调整机构、滑动设置在所述调整机构上端的起重机构,以及固定设置在所述起重机构底部的挂载机构;所述挂载机构包括旋转组件、固定连接在所述旋转组件底部端面的钢钩、适配安装在所述钢钩内腔底部的承载组件、固定设置在所述承载组件外表面一侧的传动组件。本发明通过利用物料吊运过程中的自重,驱动件和夹持件能够对吊绳进行固定,避免物料摆动导致吊绳脱离钢钩的现象,保证了施工安全;同时利用传动组件,能够在吊运过程中对旋转组件进行锁定,避免了吊运过程中物料出现旋转的现象,进一步提升了对物料吊运的稳定性。
