The invention provides a cylinder clamping process in hoisting of a steel cylinder, which comprises the following steps of: hoisting a vibratory hammer system to a construction site; the transport ship is parked, and the crane ship moves to the position near the transport ship through the anchor cable of the crane ship; the crane ship translates to enable the hammer set to enter the position over the top of the steel cylinder, an anchor cable of the crane ship is tightened, hooks on the crane ship are loosened till the steel lifting cylinder enters a hydraulic clamp guide groove, then the vibratory hammers are adjusted, and clamps in the two vibratory hammers symmetrically arranged according to the preset positions are tightly attached to a positioning steel plate preset on the steel cylinder; the number of the vibratory hammers is at least 12, and the 12 vibratory hammers ascend and descend synchronously and drive the clamps on the vibratory hammers to conduct high-altitude synchronous clamping at the same height. And the lifting height of the vibratory hammer is not less than 60m. According to the invention, three process difficulties of synchronous clamping of 12 groups of linkage hammers, high-altitude positioning clamping of the clamping cylinder and high-altitude limiting pile clamping are solved, and when the clamping cylinder has small deviation, the precision installation of the ultra-large and ultra-high steel cylinder can be completed by small-angle ship moving deviation correction.

    本发明提供了钢圆筒起吊中的夹筒工艺,包括以下步骤,振动锤系统起吊至施工现场;运输船驻位,起重船则利用自带锚缆移至运输船附近;起重船平移使得锤组进入钢圆筒顶部正上方,收紧起重船锚缆,起重船上进行松钩至起钢圆筒进入液压夹具导向槽后,调整振动锤,使得按照预设位置,且对称设置的2个振动锤中的夹具与钢圆筒上预设的定位钢板贴紧;所述振动锤至少包括12个振动锤,且12个振动锤同步升降,并带动振动锤上夹具的同高度高空同步夹持;所述振动锤的起吊高度不低于60m。本发明解决了12组联动锤同步夹筒、高空定位夹筒、以及高空限位夹桩三大工艺难点,当夹筒出现小偏差时,小角度移船纠偏即可完成超大超高钢圆筒的精度安装。
