One end of the slewing mechanism is connected with the turnover mechanism through a first mounting frame, and the other end of the slewing mechanism is connected with a vehicle body through a second mounting frame; and the control unit is used for at least controlling the rotation of the slewing mechanism and/or the turnover mechanism in one group of launching components to turn over according to a control instruction output by the man-machine interaction unit, so as to correspondingly drive the connected launching bin to rotate and/or turn over.
