The invention discloses a microgravity simulation device and method of a satellite antenna, and belongs to the field of transmission devices. The invention relates to a satellite antenna deploying device which comprises a satellite antenna deploying arm, a satellite antenna, a supporting frame body, a follow-up mechanical arm, a tension adjusting device, a gravity unloading device and an antenna hanging adjusting device, the follow-up mechanical arm and the satellite antenna deploying arm are arranged in parallel up and down, and one end of the satellite antenna deploying arm and one end of the follow-up mechanical arm are both installed on the supporting frame body; the satellite antenna unfolding arm is connected with the follow-up mechanical arm through the gravity unloading device and the tension adjusting device, the satellite antenna is installed at the other end of the satellite antenna unfolding arm, the antenna hanging adjusting device is installed at the other end of the follow-up mechanical arm, and the antenna hanging adjusting device is connected with the satellite antenna. A real zero-gravity ground simulation environment is provided for the unfolding characteristic test of the satellite antenna unfolding arm, it is guaranteed that each sling is in a tensioned state in the movement process, the gravity unloading effect is achieved, and the cost is low.
