The invention relates to a control method for satellite phase adjustment by using SADA, and the method comprises the following steps: tracking a solar azimuth angle at an SADA control angle in a sunny area, guaranteeing the real-time sun orientation of a sailboard, and meeting the requirements of on-satellite energy balance; the solar azimuth angle is an included angle between a projection of a sun vector on a star XOZ plane and a star Z axis; in an earth shadow area, different satellites SADA are respectively locked to a fixed angle to ensure that the difference of air resistance borne by different satellites is maximum, so that the effect of phase adjustment is achieved; and when the phase adjustment time is required, the SADA is locked at a fixed angle so as to complete the phase adjustment at the expected time. When the attitude of the satellite is in long-term three-axis stability to the ground, the method provided by the invention can enable the microsatellite to control the SADA to realize the sun orientation of the solar panel to meet the on-satellite energy balance, and meanwhile, the requirement of completing the inter-satellite phase adjustment within a period of time is met.
