And the fixing elements are further connected with different positions of the shape memory alloy pipes, the metal frame and the shape memory alloy pipes penetrate through the wing-shaped sections of the paddles, and the fixing elements can be connected with a power source and electrify the shape memory alloy pipes. According to the invention, generation of paddle-vortex interference noise can be weakened and even avoided.
