The invention relates to a telescopic folding wing, which is connected with an aircraft through a main bracket, and is characterized by comprising a telescopic central sleeve group which is arranged in the middle, is used for supporting and bearing and is telescopic, and an outer side sleeve group which is sleeved on the periphery of the central sleeve group, is used for generating lift force and is capable of synchronously stretching and retracting with the central sleeve group, the folding mechanism is used for connecting the central sleeve group and the outer side sleeve group with the main bracket together; the propeller is arranged on the outer end of the wing main body; the center sleeve set and the outer side sleeve set are connected in a sleeved mode to form a telescopic whole, and the telescopic whole is connected with the folding mechanism through a variable-diameter deformation pipe. A telescopic driving mechanism is installed in the center sleeve set. The structural design is compact, and synchronous stretching and retracting of the center sleeve set and the outer side sleeve sets are achieved through the stretching and retracting driving mechanism arranged in the center sleeve set. The defects that a fixed wing structure cannot be stretched and folded, and the area and the size cannot be changed are overcome, and technical support is provided for a transformable aircraft.
