The invention provides a mounting angle adjusting device of a ship cone section shell plate and a column section and cone section mounting system. The installation angle adjusting device of the ship cone section shell plate comprises a base, a clamping mechanism and a platform lifting mechanism, wherein one end of the clamping mechanism is hinged to the base, and the clamping mechanism is used for clamping the shell plate; the platform lifting mechanism is used for adjusting the horizontal included angle between the clamping mechanism and the base; the platform lifting mechanism comprises a limiting assembly used for limiting the lifting angle of the clamping mechanism, a lead screw assembly used for providing driving force to change the included angle between the clamping mechanism and the base, and a control system used for generating a control instruction and sending the control instruction to the limiting assembly and the lead screw mechanism. According to the device, the included angle between the clamping mechanism and the base is adjusted through the platform lifting mechanism, so that the inclination angle adjustment in the multi-point shape maintaining procedure of the seam aligning area of the large shell plate is achieved, and it is ensured that a stable working environment is created for follow-up welding work.
