According to the special coating method for the ultra-large type crude oil tanker methanol fuel cabin, the methanol fuel cabin is made of a groove-shaped wall, the four walls in the groove-shaped wall cabin are all of a flat plate structure and are not provided with reinforcing beams, the bevel of a groove-shaped wall compartment structure is smooth, and coating construction and paint film control are facilitated. The interior of the cabin is divided into an upper part and a lower part which are respectively sprayed, and the upper part is sequentially sprayed with light gray first-degree phenolic epoxy paint, pre-coated with light red phenolic epoxy paint, sprayed with light red second-degree phenolic epoxy paint, pre-coated with light gray phenolic epoxy paint and sprayed with light gray third-degree phenolic epoxy paint; and the lower part is sequentially subjected to light red phenolic epoxy paint pre-coating, light gray phenolic epoxy paint pre-coating and light gray phenolic epoxy paint spraying. Under the condition of existing building resources, the special coating construction process is optimized, special coating process research is carried out aiming at the fact that a part of a ship body structure is arranged in the methanol fuel cabin, it is ensured that the coating process scheme meets the coating design requirement of the methanol fuel cabin, and real ship building of the methanol fuel power VLCC is achieved.

    一种超大型原油轮甲醇燃料舱特涂方法,甲醇燃料舱采用槽型壁制成,槽型壁舱型舱内四壁均为平板结构,无加强梁,槽型壁隔舱结构折角平顺,有利于涂装施工和漆膜控制。在舱内,分成上部和下部分别进行喷涂,上部依次按照喷涂浅灰色第一度酚醛环氧漆、预涂涂浅红色酚醛环氧漆、喷涂浅红色第二度酚醛环氧漆、预涂浅灰色酚醛环氧漆、喷涂浅灰色第三度酚醛环氧漆;下部依次进行预涂浅红色酚醛环氧漆、预涂浅灰色酚醛环氧漆、喷涂浅灰色酚醛环氧漆进行喷涂。在现有建造资源的条件下,优化特涂施工流程,针对甲醇燃料舱内部设有部分船体结构,开展涂装特殊工艺研究,确保涂装工艺方案满足甲醇燃料舱涂装设计要求,实现甲醇燃料动力VLCC的实船建造。
