The invention relates to the technical field of automobile body structures, in particular to an electric automobile lower body integrated casting floor reinforcing support and method. The first installation plane is used for being connected with a floor, the second installation plane is used for being connected with an integrated casting lower vehicle body, and the two supporting structures are arranged between the first installation plane and the second installation plane. The two supporting structures are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the first mounting plane. The second mounting plane is arranged on the outer edges of the bottom ends of the supporting structures. The method comprises the following steps: respectively designing an electric vehicle lower body integrated casting floor reinforcing bracket suitable for a front floor and a rear floor, and determining the supporting position of the bracket and the number of bolt mounting points according to a seat mounting point rigidity simulation analysis result; according to the analysis structure design, the device is assembled between the floor and the integrated casting lower vehicle body through bolts; by arranging the reinforcing support with good rigidity, the mounting point rigidity of the seat mounting point is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the supporting capacity for the whole front floor and the whole rear floor is improved, and the overall performance is improved.

    本发明涉及汽车车身结构技术领域,尤其是一种电动汽车下车身一体铸件地板加强支架及方法;其结构包括用于与地板连接的第一安装平面、用于与一体铸件下车身连接的第二安装平面以及设于两者间的两支撑结构;两支撑结构对称设置在第一安装平面两侧,第二安装平面设于支撑结构底端外缘;其方法包括分别设计适合前地板和后地板的电动汽车下车身一体铸件地板加强支架,并且其所在的支撑位置以及螺栓安装点数目根据座椅安装点刚度仿真分析结果决定,根据分析结构设计完毕后通过螺栓将其装配在地板与一体铸件下车身之间;本发明通过设置刚度较好的加强支架,极大的提高了座椅安装点的安装点刚度。同时增加了对整个前、后地板的支撑能力,提升了整体性能。
