The invention discloses a power control method of an extended-range hybrid power system, which comprises the following steps: a whole vehicle enters a system starting mode by default after being electrified, and is only driven by a power battery at the moment; if yes, entering a discharging mode, starting a range extender, enabling the range extender to work in a high-power manner, and enabling a battery to discharge in a low-power manner; and otherwise, quitting the discharging mode, judging whether the SOC of the battery is smaller than the lower limit of the preset threshold value, if so, switching to an electric quantity maintaining mode, at the moment, maintaining the SOC of the battery in a certain electric quantity interval by taking the required power of battery charging as a main part, and when the SOC of the battery is larger than the upper limit of the preset threshold value, quitting the electric quantity maintaining mode and keeping in a system starting mode. According to the method, self-adaptive control over the power of the range extender is conducted in a targeted mode, the power requirement of vehicle running is met, the energy recovery power is increased through reverse dragging braking of the range extender, the braking performance of the vehicle is improved, and the endurance mileage, the fuel economy and the energy recovery effect of the crane are optimized.

    本发明公开了一种增程式混合动力系统的功率控制方法,整车上电后默认进入系统启动模式,此时仅由动力电池驱动;判断整车用电功率是否大于等于预设阈值的上限:若是,则进入放电模式,增程器开启,此时增程器大功率工作,电池小功率放电;否则退出放电模式,再判断电池SOC是否小于预设阈值的下限,若是,则切换到电量维持模式,此时,以电池充电的需求功率为主,将电池SOC维持在某一电量区间内,当电池SOC大于预设阈值的上限时,退出电量维持模式,保持在系统启动模式。本发明针对性地进行增程器功率自适应控制,满足车辆行驶的功率需求,利用增程器反拖制动增加能量回收功率,提高车辆的制动性能,优化了起重机续航里程、燃油经济性及能量回收效果。
