The front and rear axle braking force is distributed according to the brake temperature, the temperature rise difference of the front and rear axle brakes can be effectively reduced, and the risk of heat fading of the brakes is reduced.
本发明公开了一种制动系统、其控制方法及起重机,其中,脚制动阀的出气口1与后桥脚继动阀的控制口间通过换向开关1连接,换向开关1的另一出气口与比例电磁阀组进气口P相连;脚制动阀的出气口2与前桥脚继动阀的控制口间通过换向开关2连接,换向开关2的另一出气口与比例电磁阀组进气口P相连;比例电磁阀1的出气口A与前桥脚继动阀的控制口相连,比例电磁阀2的出气口A与后桥脚继动阀的控制口相连;制动控制单元根据制动踏板角度传感器、温度传感器的检测值控制比例电磁阀开度,使前后桥温度相对较低的桥获得更大的制动力。本发明根据制动器温度分配前后桥制动力,能够有效降低前后桥制动器温升差距,降低制动器出现热衰退现象的风险。
