The invention provides a dual-power-supply switching system and method for a vehicle. The system comprises a plurality of battery packs; the first switch module is connected with the plurality of battery packs, and the first switch module is used for controlling the plurality of battery packs to be connected in series so as to output a first voltage value; the second switch module is connected with the plurality of battery packs, and the second switch module is used for controlling the plurality of battery packs to be connected in parallel so as to output a second voltage value; and the main control module is respectively connected with the first switch module and the second switch module, and the main control module is used for controlling the on-off of the first switch module and the second switch module. Through switching of the first switch module and the second switch module by the main control module, series-parallel connection of the plurality of battery packs is realized, so that free voltage switching of the first voltage value or the second voltage value output by the battery packs is realized, and the requirements of different vehicle-mounted voltages are met.
