The invention provides a range extender and an assembling method thereof, the range extender comprises an engine and a generator, and the engine comprises an engine shell and a crankshaft; the generator comprises a stator assembly, a rotor assembly and an adapter frame, the stator assembly and the rotor assembly are preassembled into a whole through the adapter frame, the rotor assembly comprises a front rotor and a rear rotor, and the front rotor and the rear rotor are connected to the two opposite ends of the adapter frame respectively; the stator assembly comprises a stator and a first coaming, the stator is arranged around the adapter frame and between the front rotor and the rear rotor, and the first coaming is arranged on the side, facing the engine shell, of the stator; wherein the first surrounding plate is connected with the end face of the engine shell, and one end of the crankshaft extends into the generator and is connected with the adapter frame. In the actual assembling process, the stator assembly and the rotor assembly can serve as a whole to be installed on the engine shell, a motor shaft, a stator, a rotor and other parts do not need to be installed on one side of the engine shell one by one, the assembling efficiency is greatly improved, and mistaken assembling is not prone to occurring.
本发明提供一种增程器及其装配方法,增程器包括发动机和发电机,发动机包括发动机壳体和曲轴;发电机包括定子总成、转子总成及转接架,定子总成和转子总成通过转接架预装一体,转子总成包括前转子和后转子,前转子和后转子分别连接于转接架的相对两端;定子总成包括定子和第一围板,定子围绕转接架设置、并介于前转子和后转子之间,第一围板设于定子朝向发动机壳体的一侧;其中,第一围板与发动机壳体的端面连接,曲轴的一端伸入发电机内、并与转接架连接。实际组装过程中,定子总成和转子总成可以作为一个整体安装在发动机壳体上,而无需在发动机壳体一侧逐一安装电机轴、定子、转子等零件,极大的提高了装配效率、且不易装错。
