The invention relates to a power supply control device, a power battery pack and a vehicle, the power supply control device comprises a control circuit module and a series-parallel connection switching module, the control circuit module comprises a first control module and a second control module, the first control module is connected between the power battery pack and a charging power supply, and the second control module is connected between the power battery pack and the charging power supply. The second control module is connected between the power battery pack and the load; the series-parallel connection switching module is provided with an interface end, a first battery connection port and a second battery connection port; the interface end is respectively connected with the first control module and the second control module; the first battery connection port is used for connecting a first battery pack, the second battery connection port is used for connecting a second battery pack, and the series-parallel connection switching module is used for controlling the first battery pack and the second battery pack to be switched between a series connection state and a parallel connection state. According to the embodiment, the two battery packs are switched from the parallel connection state to the series connection state through the series-parallel connection switching module, so that the output voltage of the power battery pack to the load is improved.
