The method comprises the steps that when the allowable charging power of a vehicle is small, namely in the scenes of low air temperature, high air temperature and high battery remaining capacity, the maximum demand power of at least one vehicle accessory is large, and if the energy recovery power of the vehicle is large (the high-power recovery working condition), the vehicle accessory can consume energy recovered by the vehicle; and when the energy recovery power of the vehicle is relatively low (under a non-power recovery working condition), the vehicle accessories can consume the energy of the battery.
