The invention discloses an air conditioning system for managing vehicle energy based on a neural network and a control method, and the method comprises the steps: collecting data of a vehicle power subsystem and a battery management subsystem, integrating the data into a data set, and preprocessing the collected and integrated data; designing a neural network model architecture based on deep learning; training a neural network model by using the preprocessed collected data, and learning the relationship between the vehicle power subsystem and the battery management subsystem; verifying the trained neural network model by using verification set data, and optimizing and adjusting the model according to a verification result; and the trained neural network model architecture is deployed in an automobile air conditioner subsystem, the vehicle state and the environment condition are monitored in real time, and the working mode and parameters of the air conditioner system are intelligently adjusted according to the prediction result of the neural network.

    本发明公开了一种基于神经网络对车辆能源管理的空调系统及控制方法,收集车辆动力子系统和电池管理子系统的数据,并将数据整合到一个数据集中,对采集整合的数据进行预处理;设计一个基于深度学习的神经网络模型架构;使用预处理后的采集数据对神经网络模型进行训练,学习车辆动力子系统和电池管理子系统之间的关系;使用验证集数据对训练好的神经网络模型进行验证,根据验证结果对模型进行优化和调整;将训练好的神经网络模型架构部署到汽车空调子系统中,实时监测车辆状态和环境条件,并根据神经网络的预测结果智能调节空调系统的工作模式和参数。
