The invention relates to an aircraft tractor chassis suspension system which comprises a frame and wheels and further comprises two suspension arms which are located on the two sides of the left wheel and the right wheel respectively, one end of each suspension arm is hinged to the frame, the other end of each suspension arm is hinged to a stand column, and the stand columns are connected with the wheels. The electric cylinder is fixedly connected with the frame; the bottom end of the damper is connected with the spring, and the top end of the damper is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the electric cylinder; the suspension connecting piece is used for connecting the suspension arm, the electric cylinder and the shock absorber, and the combined sensor and the intelligent controller are fixedly installed on the shock absorber. When the tractor runs, the suspension rigidity and damping are adjusted in real time through an electronic control system so as to adapt to different driving conditions and road conditions; the tractor is used in combination with the combined sensor under the high-speed and heavy-load working condition, and the suspension system can achieve intelligent sensing and self-adaptive control by collecting and integrating data of the sensor, so that the suspension performance and safety of the aircraft tractor are improved.

    本发明涉及一种飞机牵引车底盘悬挂系统,包括车架、车轮,还包括:悬挂臂为两个,分别位于左、右车轮两侧,所述悬挂臂一端与车架铰接,另一端与立柱铰接,立柱与车轮链接;电动缸,电动缸与车架固定连接;减震器,减震器底端与弹簧连接,减震器顶端与电动缸的伸缩端固定连接;悬挂连接件用于连接悬挂臂、电动缸及减震器,减震器上固装有组合传感器和智能控制器。牵引车行驶时通过电子控制系统来实时调节悬挂的刚度和阻尼,以适应不同的驾驶条件和路面状况;牵引车在高速重载的工况下结合组合传感器的使用,通过收集和综合传感器的数据,悬挂系统可以实现智能传感和自适应控制从而提高飞机牵引车的悬挂性能和安全性。
