The invention provides a suspension vibration energy recovery and auxiliary braking device which comprises a gear meshing transmission assembly and a rotating motor, the rotating motor is installed on an axle, and the gear meshing transmission assembly is installed between a damper assembly and the rotating motor; the gear meshing transmission assembly comprises a gear rack assembly A, a gear rack assembly B and a ratchet wheel assembly, the ratchet wheel assembly is installed between the gear rack assembly A and the gear rack assembly B, and the gear rack assembly A is arranged on the outer side relative to the gear rack assembly B; when the rotating motor is in a generator mode, reciprocating linear motion of the damper is converted into rotating motion through the gear meshing transmission assembly and transmitted to the rotating motor, and generated electric energy is transmitted to the storage battery. When the rotating motor is in a motor mode, the energy stored in the storage battery provides negative torque for the axle, and auxiliary braking of the vehicle is achieved. The vehicle energy utilization efficiency is effectively improved, and auxiliary braking in the vehicle running process is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种悬架振动能量回收及辅助制动装置,包括齿轮啮合传动组件和旋转电机,旋转电机安装在车轴上,齿轮啮合传动组件安装在阻尼器组件和旋转电机之间;齿轮啮合传动组件包括齿轮齿条组件A、齿轮齿条组件B和棘轮组件,棘轮组件安装在齿轮齿条组件A和齿轮齿条组件B之间,且齿轮齿条组件A相对于齿轮齿条组件B靠外侧设置;当旋转电机处于发电机模式时,阻尼器的往复直线运动经过齿轮啮合传动组件转换成旋转运动,并传递给旋转电机,产生的电能传输给蓄电池;当旋转电机处于电动机模式时,蓄电池中存储的能量提供负扭矩给车轴,实现对车辆辅助制动。本发明有效提高车辆能源利用效率,实现对车辆行驶过程中的辅助制动。
