A computing system includes a communication interface, one or more processors, and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive a first emission data packet from a vehicle controller, the first emission data packet includes a plurality of emission values regarding operation of the vehicle; determining whether the first cumulative emission value is greater than a threshold; and in response to determining that the first cumulative emission value is greater than the threshold, performing, by the remote computing system, a corrective operation.
