The invention provides an authentication method of a charging pile, a charging system, vehicle-mounted equipment, the charging pile, a cloud server and a computer program product, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining first authentication password data and a first authentication secret key of the charging pile from a cloud end, and generating an authentication request based on a locally generated first random number and the first authentication password data, sending an authentication request to the charging pile; receiving session password data and a third random number returned by the charging pile according to the authentication request; wherein the session password data is generated by using first authentication password data carried in the authentication request and a root key and a root key offset stored in the terminal equipment; verifying the session password data by using the first authentication key, the first random number and the third random number, and sending response data to the charging pile when the verification is passed; the response data is used for the charging pile to determine whether to open charging service to a target vehicle associated with the terminal equipment.
