The invention discloses a double-rotor-wing lightweight energy-saving large-torque manned unmanned aerial vehicle motor, which is characterized in that double motors of double rotor wings are integrally combined, and share one stator by utilizing the bidirectionality of magnetic poles, so that the structural weight is reduced; all structures except the permanent magnet and the coil of the motor are made of light materials, and meanwhile, the bearing made of the light materials is adopted, so that the overall weight of the motor is greatly reduced; the working parameters of the motors are improved, so that a single motor can provide lift force of two motors; the internal structure of the motor is comprehensively protected, sufficient heat dissipation can be achieved, and the service life of the motor is guaranteed. The double-rotor-wing motor has the advantages of being light in weight, capable of saving energy consumption, long in endurance and large in torque, and can be widely applied to the fields of manned aircrafts, plant protection unmanned aerial vehicles and the like.

    本发明公开了一种双旋冀轻质节能大扭矩载人、无人机电机,将双旋冀双电机进行整体合并,利用磁极的双向性共用一个定子,降低了结构重量;除电机的永久磁铁和线圈外所有结构均采用轻质材料,同时采用轻质材料轴承,大大降低了电机的整体重量;提升电机工作参数,使单个电机能够提供两个电机的升力;对电机的内部结构进行全面的保护,并能够实现充分的散热,保证了电机的使用寿命。本发明为双旋冀电机,具有质量轻、节约能耗、长续航、扭矩大的特点,可广泛应用于载人飞机和植保无人机等领域的电机。
