The invention provides an electric vehicle charging load prediction method and system based on a time-space diagram attention long-short term memory network, and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the multi-dimensional feature extraction of historical charging loads, historical charging event numbers and time data, and constructing a self-adaptive adjacent matrix through matrix calculation; the space-time correlation between electric vehicle charging stations is captured through an adaptive graph attention neural network, each charging station is estimated through two layers of LSTMs, and an electric vehicle charging load estimation result at the corresponding moment can be output and obtained. The electric vehicle charging load prediction method can effectively predict the charging loads of a plurality of electric vehicle charging stations, and provides a scientific decision basis for regional generating capacity control and power distribution.

    本发明提供一种基于时空图注意力长短期记忆网络的电动汽车充电负荷预测方法、系统与介质,通过对历史充电负荷、历史充电事件数以及时间数据的多维特征提取,通过矩阵计算构建自适应邻接矩阵,经过自适应图注意力神经网络捕捉各电动汽车充电站之间的时空相关性,每个充电站经过两层LSTM进行估算,可输出得到对应时刻的电动汽车充电负荷估算结果。本发明的电动汽车充电负荷预测方法可有效预测多个电动汽车充电站的充电负荷,为地区的发电量控制和电力调配提供科学的决策依据。
