The invention discloses a telescopic antenna buoy which comprises a shell, a first end cover, a hydraulic cylinder body, a telescopic piston rod, a driving assembly, an antenna assembly and a second end cover. One end of the hydraulic cylinder body is open and penetrates out of one end of the first end cover; a piston part at one end of the telescopic piston rod and the interior of the hydraulic cylinder form dynamic seal, and the other end is connected with the driving assembly; one end of the shell is hermetically and fixedly connected with the other end of the first end cover, and the other end is hermetically and fixedly connected with the second end cover; and the antenna assembly is fixedly connected with the piston part. The telescopic piston rod is driven by the driving assembly to do telescopic motion in the hydraulic cylinder body, so that water enters or is discharged from the hydraulic cylinder body, the antenna buoy dives and floats upwards, the structure is simple, and use and maintenance are convenient. Meanwhile, the telescopic piston rod drives the antenna assembly to contract in the contraction process, the axial size of the antenna buoy is greatly reduced, and transportation and storage convenience is improved.
