According to the method, different traffic information (global information, road information and intersection information) is effectively fused and is used for an arrival time estimation task. Through sequence relative span position coding based on intersection association, intersection information can be associated to adjacent roads, and the upstream and downstream position relationship of the sequence can be distinguished, so that the space-time dependency relationship between traffic information sequences is effectively learned, and the accuracy of arrival time estimation is improved.
