The invention provides a scanner, a laser radar sensing system and a vehicle. The system comprises a transmitting module, a receiving module and the scanner. The transmitting module comprises a first transmitter and a second transmitter; the first emitter is used for emitting first laser of a first pulse width to the first prism rotating at a first rotating speed, the first laser is reflected to a first detection area through the first prism, and the first detection area is identified with a first distance resolution and a first angle resolution; the second emitter is used for emitting a second laser with a second pulse width to a second prism rotating at a second rotating speed, the second laser is reflected to a second detection area through the second prism, and the second detection area is identified with a second distance resolution and a second angle resolution; the first pulse width is different from the second pulse width; the receiving module is used for receiving the first laser emitted by the first emitter and reflected back by the first detection area, and receiving the second laser emitted by the second emitter and reflected back by the second detection area, so that each detection area can be finely identified.
