The invention discloses a novel wheel speed signal processing circuit suitable for a T3 wheel speed sensor, which comprises a power supply module, a sensor module, a signal processing module and a main control unit, and is characterized in that the power supply module comprises a micro-control unit, an MOS, a power supply conversion module and a diagnosis module, and a power supply signal of the sensor module is connected with a signal of the power supply module; the signal processing module receives current signals of the sensor module, the signal processing module collects single wheel speed signals which are a first-path signal and a second-path signal respectively, and the first-path signal and the second-path signal are connected with the main control unit. The sensor power supply preceding stage adopts a switch to control full-page power supply, and adopts a self-built voltage stabilizing circuit; current signals are converted into voltage signals through the resistors, and the values of the resistors and the capacitors are reasonably configured, so that the quality control of T3 wheel speed signals is realized; on the basis of hardware of a single comparator, voltage threshold triggering with adjustable hardware is adopted.
本发明公开了一种适用T3轮速传感器的新型轮速信号处理电路,包括供电模块、传感器模块、信号处理模块和主控制单元,所述供电模块包括微控制单元、MOS、电源转换模块和诊断模块,所述传感器模块的电源信号与所述供电模块的信号连接,所述信号处理模块接收所述传感器模块的电流信号,所述信号处理模块采集单个轮速信号分别为第一路信号和第二路信号,所述第一路信号和所述第二路信号与所述主控制单元连接。传感器供电电源前级采用开关控制整版供电,并采用自搭的稳压电路;通过电阻进行电流信号到电压信号转化,合理配置电阻电容数值,实现T3轮速信号的质量控制;在单比较器的硬件基础上,采用硬件可调的电压阈值触发。
