The invention relates to the technical field of vulcanization processes of rubber products, in particular to a method for reducing flocculation of white carbon black in a rubber composition by adopting variable-temperature vulcanization. The rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of a rubber component, more than or equal to 80 parts of white carbon black and a proper amount of a vulcanizing agent, the variable-temperature vulcanization comprises the following steps: vulcanizing the rubber composition at 148-152 DEG C for 10-15 minutes, and vulcanizing at 158-162 DEG C for 4-8 minutes. According to the method, low temperature is firstly used, so that flocculation is slow; when a vulcanization network is formed perfectly and flocculation does not occur any more, high-temperature vulcanization is used, and compared with complete low-temperature vulcanization, the vulcanization time can be shortened under the condition that the performance is guaranteed, and the performance of low rolling resistance, high grip and the like of the white carbon black tread is improved.

    本发明涉及橡胶制品硫化工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种采用变温硫化降低橡胶组合物中白炭黑絮凝的方法。按质量分数计,所述橡胶组合物包括:橡胶组分100份,白炭黑大于等于80份,硫化剂适量;所述变温硫化为橡胶组合物在148‑152℃下硫化10‑15min,在158‑162℃下硫化4‑8min。该方法先使用低温,使絮凝发生较缓慢;当硫化网络形成完善,絮凝不再发生时,再使用高温硫化,相较于完全低温硫化,在保证性能的情况下可以缩短硫化时间,提高了白炭黑胎面的低滚阻、高抓地等性能。
