The bottom corners of the box girder are protected through the first protection parts, the side corners of the box girder are protected through the second protection parts, the possibility that the bottom corners and the side corners are abraded when the box girder is lifted is reduced, broken stone falling caused by abrasion is reduced, meanwhile, due to the fact that the contact faces between the first protection parts and the box girder and between the second protection parts and the box girder are increased, the broken stone falling caused by abrasion is reduced, and the service life of the box girder is prolonged. And the first slings are not easy to slide relative to the adjacent slings, so that the hoisting stability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种箱梁用捆绑式防掉落稳定型吊装装置及吊装工艺,箱梁用捆绑式防掉落稳定型吊装装置包括吊梁,适于与吊钩连接;第一吊索,环绕箱梁设置,所述第一吊索的首端和末端均与吊梁连接;第一防护件,与第一吊索连接,所述第一防护件与箱梁的底边角接触;第二防护件,与第一吊索连接,所述第二防护件与箱梁的侧边角接触。通过第一防护件对箱梁的底边角进行保护,通过第二防护件对箱梁的侧边角进行保护,减少箱梁在起吊时,底边角与侧边角被磨损的可能,以减少磨损导致的碎石掉落,同时由于第一防护件和第二防护件与箱梁的接触面增大了,故起吊时,第一吊索也不容易相对相邻发生滑动,进而提升起吊的稳定性。
