The invention discloses a cargo lift car load weighing method which comprises the following steps: step 1, a laser transmitter is mounted in the center of a ceiling at the top of a cargo lift well, and a laser receiver is mounted at the top end of a car; 2, after a load enters the lift car, the steel wire rope elastically deforms due to the change of tensile force, and the deformation amount and the elastic coefficient K of the steel wire rope meet the equation that F = K * X; step 3, determining a K value; and 4, repeating the steps 1-3 to calculate the K value of each flat layer, so as to obtain the load capacity of the cargo elevator car according to the elongation of the steel wire rope. Shaftway laser ranging is adopted, the micro-change distance of the absolute position of the lift car in the vertical direction is measured, and the actual load of the lift car is obtained in combination with the elastic coefficient of the steel wire rope; meanwhile, collected data can be transmitted to the Internet of Things, and whether the steel wire rope is used in a fatigue mode or not is judged.

    本发明公开一种货梯轿厢载重量称重方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,在货梯井道顶部的天花板中央安装激光发射器,在轿厢的顶端安装激光接收器;步骤2,当轿厢内有负载进入后,钢丝绳会因为拉力的变化而发生弹性变形,变形量与钢丝绳的弹性系数K为:F=K*X;步骤3,确定K值;步骤4,重复步骤1‑步骤3计算得出每一平层的K值,即可根据钢丝绳伸长量得出货梯轿厢载重量。本发明采用井道激光测距,测量轿厢在垂直方向上绝对位置的微变距离,结合钢丝绳的弹性系数,得出轿厢实际载重;同时,能够将采集的数据传递到物联网,判别钢丝绳是否疲劳使用。
