The invention discloses a multilayer active liquid cooling structure of a conformal curved surface infrared stealth skin. The multilayer active liquid cooling structure comprises a heat dissipation layer, a confluence layer, a backflow network layer, a shunting network layer and a cover plate layer which are arranged in sequence, a cooling working medium firstly enters the shunting network layer from an inlet in the cover plate layer, is equally divided into multiple paths through the shunting network, flows into the heat dissipation layer through the through holes penetrating through the backflow network layer and the confluence layer, and is subjected to convective heat exchange in the heat dissipation layer to dissipate heat; cooling working media flow into the heat dissipation layer from the centers of the heat dissipation subunits of the heat dissipation layer, flow to the boundaries of the heat dissipation subunits in a dispersed mode, then flow into the confluence layer through confluence grooves in the confluence layer, flow into the boundaries of the confluence subunits of the confluence layer, converge towards the centers of the confluence subunits and then flow through the backflow network layer. A cooling working medium is combined into two paths in the backflow network layer and flows out through two outlets penetrating through the cover plate layer; the device has the advantages of being high in heat dissipation efficiency, small in flow resistance and the like, does not need to carry other cooling working media and can meet the hiding requirement.

    一种共形曲面红外隐身蒙皮的多层主动式液冷结构,包括依次设置的散热层、汇流层、回流网络层、分流网络层以及盖板层;冷却工质由盖板层上的入口首先进入分流网络层,通过分流网络均分为多路,通过贯穿于回流网络层和汇流层的通孔流入散热层,在散热层中进行对流换热,将热量排散;冷却工质从散热层的散热子单元的中心流入散热层,并分散流至散热子单元的边界,然后通过汇流层中的汇流槽流入汇流层中,冷却工质由汇流层的汇流子单元的边界流入,并向汇流子单元中心汇聚,之后流经回流网络层,冷却工质在回流网络层中合并为两路,并通过贯穿盖板层的两个出口流出;本发明具有散热效率高、流阻小等特点,无需携带其他冷却工质,能够满足隐身的需求。
