The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of automobile intelligent control, and discloses an avoidance path planning method, an automatic avoidance method and equipment for avoiding rear-end collision of a rear vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: taking the vehicle as a central point, and building a plurality of avoidance alternative regions based on a lane and an adjacent lane; determining a first priority according to the first vehicle information in the first avoidance alternative area of the lane; determining a second priority according to second vehicle information in a second avoidance alternative area of the adjacent lane and third vehicle information behind the second avoidance alternative area; and comparing the first priority and the second priority to plan an optimal avoidance path. By means of the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, in case of sudden lane change in an emergency, the vehicle is likely to collide with surrounding vehicles, and safe driving of the vehicle is affected can be solved.

    本发明实施例涉及汽车智能控制的技术领域,公开了一种避免后车追尾的避让路径规划方法、自动避让方法及设备,该方法包括:以本车为中心点,基于本车道和相邻车道建立若干避让备选区域;根据本车道的第一避让备选区域内的第一车辆信息确定第一优先级;根据相邻车道的第二避让备选区域内的第二车辆信息以及所述第二避让备选区域后方的第三车辆信息确定第二优先级;比较第一优先级和第二优先级以规划最优避让路径。应用本发明的技术方案,能够解决现有技术中存在的在紧急情况下突然变换车道容易与周围车辆发生碰撞风险,影响车辆的安全行驶问题。
