An airplane brake airplane wheel self-cooling electrical control system is cross-linked with an airplane body and comprises a control switch, a cooling control device, an airplane wheel temperature sensor and an airplane wheel cooling device which are mutually cross-linked, the control switch is cross-linked with an airplane 28.5 V direct current power supply and the cooling control device through analog quantity, and the cooling control device is connected with the airplane wheel temperature sensor and the airplane wheel cooling device. The system is crosslinked with an undercarriage microswitch through discrete quantity, is used for automatically switching on an airplane wheel cooling device to supply power after an airplane lands, is crosslinked with an airplane 115V three-phase alternating-current power supply, a control switch and the airplane wheel cooling device through analog quantity, and is crosslinked with an airplane display system through a 429 data bus. The temperature information uploaded by the airplane wheel cooling device and the state information of the cooling control device are uploaded to an airplane display system for display; the airplane wheel temperature sensor is installed on a main airplane wheel brake shell, acquires main airplane wheel temperature information in real time and uploads the main airplane wheel temperature information to the cooling control device, the cooling control device controls the airplane wheel cooling device to work, and the airplane wheel cooling device is a cooling execution mechanism of a brake airplane wheel and comprises a cooling motor and a cooling fan.

    一种飞机刹车机轮自冷却电气控制系统,与飞机机体交联,含有相互交联的控制开关、冷却控制装置、机轮温度传感器和机轮冷却装置,所述的控制开关,通过模拟量与飞机28.5V直流电源和冷却控制装置交联,所述的冷却控制装置,通过离散量与起落架微动开关交联,用于飞机着陆后自动接通机轮冷却装置供电,通过模拟量与飞机115V三相交流电源、控制开关和机轮冷却装置交联,通过429数据总线与飞机显示系统交联,用于将机轮冷却装置上传的温度信息和冷却控制装置的状态信息上传飞机显示系统进行显示;机轮温度传感器安装在主机轮刹车壳体上,实时采集主机轮温度信息并上传至冷却控制装置,冷却控制装置控制机轮冷却装置工作,机轮冷却装置为刹车机轮的降温执行机构,包含有冷却电机、冷却风扇。
