The invention provides a piezoelectric actuator and application of the piezoelectric actuator to deicing of the surface of an airplane, the piezoelectric actuator comprises an aluminum alloy substrate and a plurality of ceramic fiber composite flexible piezoelectric material sheets bonded on one side of the aluminum alloy substrate through an epoxy resin adhesive, and the ceramic fiber composite flexible piezoelectric material sheets are used for being in conformal contact with the surface of the airplane. The piezoelectric actuator is lower in deicing energy consumption, the power consumption is reduced by more than 80%, the requirement for low energy consumption is met, the deicing efficiency is higher, and the piezoelectric actuator can be used for the surfaces of aircrafts in various complex environments and has important significance on the technical development of efficient and rapid deicing of large-area airfoils.
本发明提供压电致动器及其在对飞机表面进行除冰的应用,包括铝合金基底,以及通过环氧树脂粘合剂粘结在所述铝合金基底一侧的多个陶瓷纤维复合柔性压电材料片,所述陶瓷纤维复合柔性压电材料片用于与飞机表面随形接触。本发明的压电致动器除冰能耗更低,功耗降低了80%以上,满足低能耗的要求,并且除冰效率更高,可以用于多种复杂环境下的飞机表面,对大面积翼型高效、快速除冰的技术发展具有重要意义。
