The invention discloses a flow regulating valve, a shock absorber and a vehicle, and the flow regulating valve comprises an overflow valve seat which is respectively communicated with a compression cavity and a recovery cavity of the shock absorber; a center cavity and an annular cavity are formed in the side, opposite to the overflow valve seat, of the overflow valve body, the center cavity communicates with the overflow valve seat, the annular cavity communicates with the recovery cavity, and the overflow valve body moves relative to the overflow valve seat so as to adjust the fluid flow between the compression cavity and the recovery cavity; the overflow valve body comprises a first column body and a second column body, the first column body is connected to the end, opposite to the overflow valve seat, of the second column body, in the plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the overflow valve body, the orthographic projection area of the first column body is smaller than the orthographic projection area of the second column body, and the orthographic projection of the first column body is located in the orthographic projection of the second column body. The annular cavity is located on the peripheral side of the first column body, and the first column body is provided with a first channel communicating with the annular cavity and the center cavity. The flow regulating valve has the advantages of high liquid flowing efficiency, simple structure, high processing efficiency and the like.

    本发明公开了一种流量调节阀、减振器和车辆,包括:溢流阀座,溢流阀座分别与减振器的压缩腔和复原腔连通;溢流阀体,溢流阀体的背向溢流阀座的一侧构造有中心腔和环腔,中心腔与溢流阀座连通,环腔与复原腔连通,溢流阀体通过相对于溢流阀座移动以调节压缩腔和复原腔之间的流体流量;其中,溢流阀体包括第一柱体和第二柱体,第一柱体连接于第二柱体的背向溢流阀座的一端,在垂直于溢流阀体的轴向的平面内,第一柱体的正投影面积小于第二柱体的正投影面积,且第一柱体的正投影位于第二柱体的正投影内,环腔位于第一柱体的外周侧,第一柱体构造有连通环腔和中心腔的第一通道。流量调节阀具有液体的流动效率高、结构简单、加工效率高等优点。
