The invention provides a reciprocating motion sea wave power generation device which comprises a floating base, dynamic balance mechanisms are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the floating base, the position of the floating base is adjusted along with sea wave motion, and a first single-side toothed plate and a second single-side toothed plate are rotatably installed in the floating base. The synchronous driving mechanism is arranged on the floating base and meshed with the first single-side toothed plate and the second single-side toothed plate, a cross-shaped fixing frame is installed in a cavity in the floating base, a circulating power generation mechanism is installed on the cross-shaped fixing frame, the end of the circulating power generation mechanism is fixedly connected with the first single-side toothed plate and the second single-side toothed plate, and power is generated when the circulating power generation mechanism deflects. The power generation device can automatically adjust the working directions of the floating base and the floating body according to the movement of sea waves, so that the generator set works at the maximum efficiency, and the sea waves push the synchronous driving mechanism to move and the circulating power generation mechanism at the corresponding position to synchronously move so as to adapt to various fluctuating sea surfaces; therefore, the power generation device can work normally under different working conditions.
