Guide rods are arranged at the two ends of the bottom of the side, facing the dovetail groove block, of the wedging plate correspondingly, the dovetail groove block is pulled downwards, a pulley mechanism is driven by power output by a servo motor to pull the left arm pin driving groove plate and the right arm pin driving groove plate, and the dovetail groove block is pulled by the arm pin driving groove plates.     本发明公开了一种起重机伸臂的电动缸头体,包括缸销驱动机构、臂销驱动机构、燕尾槽块、臂销驱动槽板,两个的燕尾槽块对称分布在缸头体底座两侧、并通过契合板定位安装燕尾槽块,契合板与缸头体底座固定安装,契合板朝向燕尾槽块的一侧底部两端分别设置有导向杆,将燕尾槽块往下拉动,依靠伺服电机输出的动力,带动滑轮机构拉动左右臂销驱动槽板,臂销驱动槽板将燕尾槽块拉动。燕尾槽块复位:其自身的燕尾槽块复位弹簧,和臂销复位时的作用力。燕尾槽块的导向由嵌在臂销驱动槽板上的滑块组件实现,由于前后跨度的增大,使之导向功能更好。同等间隙下,燕尾槽块的倾角大幅降低。由于接触面积增大,使之面接触盈利降低,而有效降低了磨损。
