The positioning mechanism is adjusted through the lifting part to enter a cylinder hole in the top of the diesel engine cylinder body to be lifted, then the positioning mechanism conducts positioning to drive the clamping mechanism to automatically correspond to a side wall through hole of the diesel engine cylinder body to be lifted and be inserted into the side wall through hole of the diesel engine cylinder body to be lifted, manual assistance is reduced, the manual labor intensity is reduced, and the lifting efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the working efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种柴油机缸体生产用起吊设备及其使用方法,包括起吊部以及与待起吊柴油机缸体连接的连接部,所述连接部包括顶板以及分别设于顶板两侧的两侧板,所述顶板上沿其长边方向等距设有若干组用于插入待起吊柴油机缸体顶部气缸孔内的定位机构,所述侧板的外壁设有夹持机构,所述夹持机构在定位机构定位后与待起吊柴油机缸体侧壁通孔对应并插入待起吊柴油机缸体侧壁通孔中。本发明通过起吊部调整定位机构进入待起吊柴油机缸体顶部的气缸孔,随后定位机构进行定位驱使夹持机构自动与待起吊柴油机缸体侧壁通孔对应并插入待起吊柴油机缸体侧壁通孔中,减少人工的辅助,降低了人工劳动强度,同时提高了工作效率。
