The invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication, and provides an elevator signal quality testing method, device and equipment, a medium and a product, the method comprises the following steps: responding to a synchronizing signal, synchronously starting a video recording process and a testing signal acquisition process to obtain a target video and signal quality evaluation data, the video recording process is used for recording at least one floor identifier of the elevator; determining the starting time and the ending time corresponding to each floor identifier according to the target video, or taking the time when the preset instruction is received as a key time frame of the target video, and determining the starting time and the ending time corresponding to each floor identifier according to the synchronizing signal and the key time frame; and according to the floor identification, the starting time and the ending time, a sampling scheme of the signal quality evaluation data is determined, sampling is conducted, and a signal quality evaluation data sample is obtained to determine the signal quality of the elevator. A synchronization mechanism is adopted, the time error of video recording and test signal data acquisition is reduced, and the requirement of measurement and calculation precision is met.

    本申请涉及无线通信技术领域,提供一种电梯信号质量测试方法、装置、设备、介质及产品,方法包括响应于同步信号,同步启动视频录制进程与测试信号采集进程,得到目标视频和信号质量评估数据,视频录制进程用于录制电梯的至少一楼层标识;根据目标视频,确定各楼层标识对应的开始时间和结束时间,或,将接收到预设指令的时间作为所述目标视频的关键时间帧,根据同步信号和关键时间帧,确定各楼层标识对应的开始时间和结束时间;根据楼层标识、开始时间和结束时间,确定信号质量评估数据的采样方案并采样,得到信号质量评估数据样本以确定电梯的信号质量。本申请采用同步机制,减少视频录制与测试信号数据采集的时间误差,满足测算精度的要求。
