The invention provides a method for ensuring the overall planeness of a shipbuilding deck, which comprises the following steps of: modeling a ship body, and selecting a deck; modeling the deck, and calculating a concave deformation value of the T beam after uniformly distributed load is applied to the deck surface; installing the T beam according to the concave deformation value; and after installation is completed and the overall planeness of the deck is confirmed to reach the standard, the segments are turned over after being separated from the tire, the overall planeness of the segments of the deck is checked, and assembling or folding is carried out after the overall planeness is met. According to the invention, the ship deck is effectively prevented from collapsing and deforming in the general assembly process; the work intensity of support installation is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; the device is simple and practical, and effectively ensures the safety of constructors; the consumption and the manufacturing cost are reduced.

    本发明提出了一种确保造船甲板整体平面度的方法,包括以下步骤:对船体建模,并选择一块甲板;对该甲板建模,计算该甲板面施加均匀布载荷后计算T梁的下凹变形值;根据下凹变形值安装T梁;安装完成后,确认甲板整体平面度达标后,分段离胎后翻身,并检查甲板分段的整体平面度,满足后待组装或合拢。本发明有效防止船舶甲板总组过程的下榻变形;减轻支撑安装的工作强度,提高施工效率;简单实用,有效保证施工人员的安全;降低消耗与制造成本。
