The invention discloses an electric quantity balancing method, system and device and a nonvolatile storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring respective working state parameters of a plurality of battery cells; the respective working state parameters of the multiple battery cells are input into a pre-trained reinforcement learning model, a switch state set is determined from the action set through the reinforcement learning model, the respective switch state parameters of the multiple battery cells indicate whether the multiple battery cells are connected with the bidirectional power converter or not, and if yes, the multiple battery cells are connected with the bidirectional power converter; the bidirectional power converter is used for realizing energy flow among a plurality of battery cells, and the action set comprises a plurality of candidate switch state sets which can be selected; and controlling the on-off of the plurality of switches according to the respective switch state parameters of the plurality of battery cells, so as to balance the electric quantity among the battery cells connected with the bidirectional power converter. According to the invention, the technical problem of low efficiency of active equalization among a plurality of battery cells in a battery pack in the prior art is solved.
