    本发明公开了一种软轴固定组件和汽车,涉及汽车技术领域,软轴固定组件包括固定部、及两个穿设部,固定部用以安装于连接于水箱的Y轴方向上的第一侧的水箱支架,以具有靠近水箱的内侧和远离水箱的外侧,固定部沿X轴方向延伸,以具有在X轴方向上的两端;两个穿设部沿X轴方向间隔设置,各穿设部设置有贯穿其X轴方向上的两端的通孔,两个通孔用以供软轴依次穿设,两个穿设部对应连接于固定部的两端的内侧,两个穿设部之间的间隔大于水箱在X轴方向上的尺寸,以使得水箱对应两个穿设部之间的区域设置;本技术方案,避免软轴固定组件与驾驶室前悬的相互干涉磨损,提升汽车中变速操纵系统中软轴总成及驾驶室前悬的可靠性,大幅提升汽车的可靠性。
