The invention relates to a power assembly suspension system and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicle damping equipment, the power assembly suspension system comprises a power assembly support, and the middle of the power assembly support is used for being connected with a power assembly; the two rubber suspensions are arranged on the lower sides of the two ends of the power assembly support respectively, each rubber suspension comprises an upper body forming an inner cavity, a main spring, a framework, an auxiliary spring and a lower body, an inverted circular truncated cone cavity and a cylindrical cavity which are communicated are formed in each framework, one end of each upper body is connected with the power assembly support, the other end of each upper body extends into the corresponding inverted circular truncated cone cavity, and a horn-mouth-shaped annular cavity is formed. The lower body is arranged in the cylindrical cavity, the lower body and the cylindrical cavity form an annular cavity, the main spring is arranged in the horn-mouth-shaped annular cavity and connected with the upper body and the framework, and the auxiliary spring is arranged in the annular cavity and connected with the lower body and the framework. When vertical jumping occurs, the main spring and the auxiliary spring play a role at the same time, the rigidity of the power assembly suspension system is guaranteed, when torsion occurs, the main spring plays a role, the torsional rigidity is reduced, and then the inherent frequency in the roll direction is reduced.
